Our innovative and ambitious company was founded by mechanical engineer, businessman and entrepreneur Pieter Bredenkamp who, in addition to being a specialist in heat transfer and fluid flow, boasted an unrivalled track record in the heating and drying industry in South Africa. It is because of his dedication, that we at Bosman Dryers are able to follow in his footsteps, continuing his passion for quality and service.

Our Founder,
Pieter Bredenkamp
The late Pieter Bredenkamp founded Bosman Droërs in July 2011. An unusual name some may say… however, the word ‘bosman’ when directly translated into English, means both ‘man of the forest’ and ‘man of nature’. The company’s main services involve the supply of drying kilns to clients who are producers of dried products of nature – wood, tobacco, fruit, vegetables, grain, fish and so forth. The name “Bosman” thus declares the company and the founder’s close affiliation with nature and reinforces Bosman Droërs vision of achieving a sustainable relationship between man and nature by innovating products that support greener production processes.
